Keep Your Fitness Goals in the New Year, 2012
It’s the New Year and for those people looking forward and thinking about the positive changes that they plan to make to their life fitness, health and well-being are high on those lists. Every year millions of people mentally write long lists of how they will become a better person, but many fail, for the simple reason that they are long mental lists. There is no physical record and therefore it is easy to forget, whether that be on purpose, or by accident. The best way forward for your New Year’s Resolutions is to write them down. There may be some you want to keep personal, but it is best to share as many as possible, because this way it will actively encourage other people to ask about your progress, this often leads to greater determination, sometimes because you want to prove doubters wrong, but also because close friends will support you in your ‘new life.’
