Keep Your Fitness Goals in the New Year, 2012

It’s the New Year and for those people looking forward and thinking about the positive changes that they plan to make to their life fitness, health and well-being are high on those lists. Every year millions of people mentally write long lists of how they will become a better person, but many fail, for the simple reason that they are long mental lists. There is no physical record and therefore it is easy to forget, whether that be on purpose, or by accident. The best way forward for your New Year’s Resolutions is to write them down. There may be some you want to keep personal, but it is best to share as many as possible, because this way it will actively encourage other people to ask about your progress, this often leads to greater determination, sometimes because you want to prove doubters wrong, but also because close friends will support you in your ‘new life.’

Is Your Career Your Calling Or Just a 9 to 5?

Do you remember your parents asking you what you want to be when you grow up? By the time I was in the 9th grade, my mother started asking me that same question until I graduated from high school. At that time I wasn’t 100% sure what career path I would take, but I had several ideas.
